About the Lesson

Don't be intimidated. It's really not as hard as it looks. Patience is all that is needed. In this session you will learn about tempering chocolate (dark and white) and why it is necessary to get that snappy texture and glossy appearance. As a bonus, you will acquire skills in piping designs or letters on the chocolate covered strawberries to customize to any occasion. By the end you will be a master in making these for your loved ones on Valentines Day or any celebration.
