About the Lesson

Every Asian culture has their version of spring rolls. Served as appetizers, finger food or snack, these savoury wrapped morsels can have a variety of meat and/or vegetable fillings. Fresh or fried, they are irresistible at any gathering. Here you will learn two varieties of spring rolls: fresh Thai/Vietnamese rolls and fried Filipino "lumpia". Fillings can be customized to your preference. You will also be making the traditional dipping sauces for each.
