INDIVIDUAL COOKING LESSONS
One-on-one, focused lesson where you benefit from direct instruction and hands-on training. After consultation, I can suggest lessons to fit your needs or you can choose any dish you want to learn and tailor your session to any specific culinary skills you want to master (ex. knife skills, plate presentation, taste profiles).
ONLINE COOKING WORKSHOPS
Want to join in the fun but can't be there in person? Then the Online Cooking Workshop is for you. Contact me if you would like to book a private or group online class or stay tuned for upcoming virtual workshops. Prior to the workshop, I will send you the list of ingredients, supplies and tools you will need for the class. During the virtual session I will show you step-by-step as you and I prepare the meal together in real time.
ONLINE
COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS
During the Online Cooking Demonstration, you will not be cooking along with me. Instead, I will show you how to prepare, cook and plate a specific dish. Sit back, watch, take notes and enjoy the show. You will be given a recipe, ingredients list and other important details so that you can re-create the dish at your own time. Each participant will have the opportunity to have an online/phone coaching when they are ready to prepare the dish.
CHEF'S TABLE
You are right in the thick of things, in the middle of the action. You sit at the bar and watch every dish as it is prepared. You feel the flames, inhale the aroma and witness every dish transformed from its raw entity to its plated form. Absorb all the cooking techniques and culinary secrets from your front row seat. Interact with the chef and ask questions while you sip on your favourite cocktail. By the end you will have satisfied your taste buds and gastronomic curiosities. (Ideal for 2-4 guests)

Imagine hosting a multi-course gourmet meal for family and friends but everything is done for you. All you need to do is welcome your guests and enjoy. All the work will be done for you: the shopping, cooking, table setting, serving and clean up. Prior to the event, we will consult, customize your menu and discuss all the details for your magical evening of good company and great food.
